WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
Pretty Obsession's first drop is available for pre-order. Once the pre-order period closes, your item will go into production before being shipped to us for quality checking and packaging. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way to you.

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE?
Estimated processing times will be provided on each pre-order product. Please keep in mind that pre-order dates are estimates and may be affected by production or shipping delays.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS TOGETHER?
Yes! You can order multiple Pretty Obsession pieces in the same order. If your items have different processing times, your order may be held until everything is ready to ship together.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
Because pre-orders are used to determine production quantities, cancellations may only be accepted before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
Yes. Once we package and ship your order, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
