Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING

Pretty Obsession's First Drop is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order items are not ready to ship at the time your order is placed.

Once the pre-order period closes, items will enter production. After production, inventory is received by Pretty Obsession for quality checking, packaging, and final shipment to you.

Please keep in mind that estimated processing and shipping times may be affected by production or carrier delays. We'll keep customers updated if a significant delay occurs.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping time begins after your order has completed the preorder and production process.

MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the order together once all items are ready. This may result in the entire order shipping according to the item with the longest processing time.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered the shipping process.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us and we'll assist where possible.
